Thank you for shopping at Reseen Beauty. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1–2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Origin & Carrier

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in the United States. Our default carrier is USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure reliable and secure delivery to your doorstep.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 10 business days.

  • Location-Based Delivery: Please note that the actual delivery time depends on your shipping destination. While most orders arrive within a week, delivery to remote areas, Hawaii, Alaska, or during peak holiday seasons may take slightly longer.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your package directly via the USPS official website.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Reseen Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages & Issues

Reseen Beauty is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to our support team immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees to resend the package.
