All RESEEN devices are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the date of original purchase.

The warranty covers: Manufacturing defects, components failing under normal use, device malfunctions not caused by the user.

The warranty does not cover: Physical damage from drops or mishandling, water damage beyond splash-resistance, unauthorized modifications, damage from use inconsistent with the instructions, or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Warranty service is available to customers who purchased directly from reseenbeauty.com or authorized retail partners. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
