How long is each session?
Each Glow session takes 5 minutes. Use it whenever it fits your day — morning, evening, or anywhere in between. Glow automatically shuts off when your session is complete, so you never have to watch the timer.
Do I need to apply gel before using?
No conductive gel is required.
For light therapy, Glow™ can be used on clean, dry skin. You may also pair it with your favorite serum or reseen Serum for a smoother glide.
For EMS, use a watery product first — such as toner, a lightweight water-based serum, or reseen Serum — to help support conductivity.
For sculpting, use a facial oil or reseen Serum to help the device glide smoothly across the skin.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. VIPE™ technology is designed to deliver guided light through direct contact rather than broad emission, making Glow suitable for all skin types. If you have a diagnosed skin condition or are currently under dermatological care, consult your doctor before use.
Can I use it if I’ve had laser treatment or other in-clinic procedures?
We recommend waiting until your skin has fully recovered before using Glow after any in-clinic treatment — typically 4 to 6 weeks. If you’re unsure, ask your treating clinician before use.
When will I start seeing results?
With consistent use, many users may start noticing changes in skin texture and radiance within 4 weeks. Improvements in tone and firmness may become more visible around week 16th. Consistency matters — short, regular sessions work better than occasional long ones.
