We offer a hassle-free return policy within 15 days of delivery.

To keep everyone safe and ensure product hygiene, returned items must meet the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition — including packaging, accessories, manuals, and any gifts that came with your order.
  • Unopened or only tested safely — because our products are personal-care devices, we can’t accept returns that have been used on skin or show wear. You may test the power or basic functions, but please don’t use it directly.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
  • Requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

When You Can Return an Item

(a) Change of Mind or Unused Return

If you decide not to keep your product and it remains unused:

  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, and accessories intact.
  • You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

(b) Quality or Defective Product

If your product arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected:

  • Contact our support team within 15 days of receiving it.
  • Please include photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • Once confirmed, we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

When Returns Aren’t Accepted

We unfortunately can’t accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, opened, or shows signs of wear (for hygiene reasons).
  • The packaging, accessories, or gifts are missing or damaged.
  • Damage results from misuse, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs.
  • The item wasn’t purchased directly from Reseen.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at box.z@live.com or use the online chat on our website. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Receive Instructions
    Our support team will confirm your eligibility and send you the return address and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Product
    Carefully pack the item with all original components. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team.
  4. Inspection & Processing
    Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it within 1–3 business days and issue your refund within 3–7 business days (refund timing depends on your payment method and bank).

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive the amount you actually paid, excluding any shipping fees (unless it’s a confirmed product defect).
  • Discounts or coupon values applied at checkout are non-refundable.

International Orders

For international or cross-border purchases:

  • Returns may need to be sent to a specific regional warehouse — our team will provide the correct address.
  • You’ll be responsible for international shipping fees, customs duties, or related costs unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.
